About Our Trainer
Mark Almas
Mark's journey into fitness began with a simple desire for a physical challenge. What started as a hobby in boxing and weightlifting, soon became a daily passion. Over the years, he found immense joy in helping new students grasp the basics of these sports, sparking his realization that guiding others in their fitness journeys was his true calling.

After dedicating eight years to a job in retail, Mark made a life-changing decision to follow his passion. He earned his ACE Personal Training Certification to embark on a career where he could inspire others to achieve their fitness goals, embrace challenges, and discover the stress-relieving benefits of a powerful punch.

In the early stages of his career, Mark focused on assisting individuals who were either new to the gym or had limited experience. Together, they built a foundation of basic fitness and proper nutrition to cultivate healthy habits. As his career progressed, he began teaching classes such as Strength Conditioning, Boxing, and Kickboxing, sharing the same passion and ignition of the fighting spirit that got him involved in fitness to begin with.

Mark's mission is to help clients realize their potential, face challenges head-on, and find joy in every step of their fitness journey.
