Our online personal training service includes 30 min weekly check-ins via ZOOM, nutritional guidance, a customized workout plan, progress tracking and feedback, and text and email support.
1 Hour Virtual Training packages are available for those who would like extra guidance/accountability during their workouts.

Our virtual training sessions are conducted via video call. Mark will guide you through each workout, providing real-time feedback and adjustments to ensure you perform exercises correctly and effectively.

Our online training service is priced at $100 a month and can be cancelled at any time.
Our pricing structure for online personal training is as follows:
1 Session: $70
5 Pack: $325
10 Pack: $600
20 Pack: $1100

Yes, we offer two types of discounts:
Referral Discount: Refer a friend and get 10% off your next 5, 10, or 20 session package, or 20% off your next month's fees..
Loyalty Discount: After staying consistent with your program for 6 consecutive months, further Online Personal Training charges will be 10% off. (If service is cancelled and re-started, online training will be charged at normal rate until next 6 month consecutive period).

You can sign up for a training package by visiting our 'Contact Us' page on the website. Once this information is filled, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to schedule a fitness assessment. Once the assessment has been completed, we will talk about whichever of our options fits best for you!

The fitness assessment will take about 45-60 mins and will consist of a short talk about your fitness and health history, current fitness regime, nutrition, movement screen, and your goals and how we can help you reach them!

No worries! Our programs are designed to cater to all fitness levels. We specialize in helping beginners build a solid foundation in fitness and nutrition.

If you do not have standard gym equipment at your disposal, basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat are recommended. However, we can tailor workouts based on the equipment you have available.

Yes, check-ins and sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

We track your progress through regular check-ins and assessments. You'll receive feedback on your performance, and your workout plan will be adjusted as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

Our nutritional guidance and coaching service includes personalized macro tracking, regular accountability check-ins, and healthy habit-building to help you achieve your goals sustainably. We tailor the level of guidance and tracking to your individual needs, breaking it down into simple, actionable steps that fit your lifestyle. You'll learn practical strategies like meal planning, mindful eating, and balancing your plate, with ongoing support to ensure progress and build lasting, healthy habits. Whether you’re starting fresh or refining an existing routine, our goal is to make nutrition effective and stress-free.

Check-ins must be used the week of, or they will be voided. Please contact your trainer if there are any extenuating scheduling conflictions.
Sessions must be used within the specified time frame for each package. Expired sessions cannot be refunded or carried over.
